Our client, a leading fitness equipment company, is looking for a highly organized and proactive *Sales Operations & Business Development Executive* to support and strengthen their sales function. This role is a *hybrid position (50% sales operations / administrative support and 50% sales & business development)*.

This person will play a critical role in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently while also actively contributing to revenue growth by opening new business opportunities in *Puerto Rico and the Caribbean*.

The ideal candidate is both *administratively strong and commercially driven*, with the ability to manage details, follow up consistently, and generate new business.

*Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations & Administrative Support (Approximately 50%)*

* Prepare sales estimates and proposals.
* Develop and update sales presentations.
* Follow up on logistics related to sales orders and deliveries.
* Track and follow up on customer payments in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline and CRM system.
* Prepare and track sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
* Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the sales team.
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up across all sales activities.

*Sales & Business Development (Approximately 50%)*

* Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean.
* Open new markets across gyms, hotels, government, and other corporate clients.
* Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls, email outreach, networking, referrals, and social selling.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Present customized solutions through virtual and on-site product demonstrations.
* Manage assigned opportunities through the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
* Support overall sales growth efforts while collaborating closely with the broader sales team.

*Qualifications*

* 3–5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business development, or B2B sales.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and follow-up skills.
* Proven ability to generate and support new business opportunities.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
* Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
* Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
* Experience in fitness equipment, wellness, hospitality, or related industries is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Spanish required.
* Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed.

*Compensation*

* Base salary: *$30,000*
* Car allowance
* Uncapped commissions
