Job Title: Store Manager

Job Summary:

Vince is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the store, including managing sales, customer service, and visual merchandising. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and managing store associates to achieve sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising
  • Hire, train, and manage store associates to achieve sales and profit goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer service
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise
  • Perform daily paperwork reconciliation and other operational tasks
  • Protect store assets and inventory
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years experience in retail management
  • Full understanding of specialty retail, including business development, visual merchandising, and store operations
  • Computer skills to include operation of retail point of sale system, Word, Excel, and email
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
