The Role
As a Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder, you will be responsible for supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales.
In the absence of other management, you may open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally. Your key responsibilities include delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience, and demonstrating Claires products.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service
- Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
- Demonstrate Claires products
- Assist customers with their queries using product knowledge
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
- Perform ear piercing duties (full training provided)

Requirements
- Some high school education required
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts
- Ability to maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Ability to operate POS system
