Senior Interaction Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interaction Designer to join our team at Buscojobs Puerto Rico. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering interactive experiences that engage and inspire users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality interactive experiences, including web and mobile applications, that meet business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure design alignment and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards to ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure that solutions meet user needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in interaction design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methods, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in UX/Visual Design or related field.
