About the Role:
The Senior Finance Manager will play a critical role in championing partnerships with leadership on the Product team. This individual will be the main contact for financial data, forecasting, risks/opportunities, budgeting, expense, and revenue. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this person will work closely with senior leadership on Epsilon's Technology Practice to deliver accurate and timely discussions that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own relationships across the Technology practice, serving as the main point of contact for digestible financial discussions
- Utilize multiple financial systems to support partnerships and future organizational decisions
- Spearhead conversations on working with the P&L, forecasts, budgets, headcount variance analysis, identifying risks/opportunities, and more
Requirements:
- 6-10 years of finance experience in a corporate setting
- Finance or accounting degree
- Experience with Excel-based financial forecast models, reconciliations, and analytics
- Experience supporting business decisions with business cases and analytics
- Experience with tools like Advanced Excel, Financial Planning Systems (e.g. Prophix, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, etc.)
- Motivation, ability to learn quickly, and develop relationships
- Ability to multi-task and partner with leaders on financial decisions
