Accounting Liaison
At Appleone, we are seeking a skilled Accounting Liaison to collaborate with our sales teams and clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. Key responsibilities include building relationships with customer accounting contacts, learning invoicing portals, and developing processes to maximize collections and minimize billing discrepancies. The successful candidate will also have intermediate MS Excel skills and a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Requirements:
• Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience working in Accounts Receivable is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience is preferred
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and procedures
• Intermediate MS Excel skills
