Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing productivity within the organization.

Duties

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Assist in organizing files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette while handling calls and communicating with clients.
  • Support the team with clerical duties as needed, including drafting correspondence and preparing reports.
  • Utilize computer literacy skills to operate various software applications effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional customer support capabilities, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
