About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Specialist II to join our Information Technology Team at Allied Technology Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, infrastructure engineering, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs by establishing direct relationships with prospective and existing customers
Collect and organize data by identifying sources, designing surveys, and implementing data collection methods
Resolve data recovery situations by altering design to meet requirements
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
Maintain confidentiality and protect operations by keeping all information confidential
Acquire professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing industry publications

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related areas
4-6 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent in education and experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in cable drops, switching, routing, firewall, IP PBX, Wi-Fi controllers, and PCs

What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $30,000.00 per year
Full-time employment with a regular schedule (Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
