Key Responsibilities:


Project Oversight and Coordination


Our ideal candidate will oversee various aspects of construction and design projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.



  2. Prepares reports and makes presentations to management on various topics such as space design, materials and equipment, cost estimates, and estimated time to complete projects.
  3. Conducts research into quality, innovative and economical materials and finishes.
  4. Evaluates supplier proposals and offers.
  5. Reviews policies, procedures and forms relating to construction management.
  6. Directs and reviews the work of technical staff and subcontracted project managers.
  7. Identifies savings opportunities in the works and presents them for consideration.
  8. Collaborates in the implementation of the Master Plan, the Capital Projects Plan and the Operation and Maintenance Projects Plan.
  9. Coordinates with all parties the works to be carried out.
  10. Promotes communication and teamwork.
  11. Maintains updated financial reports of works.
  12. Keeps the project budget report up to date.

About the Role


As a key member of our Share Tech Group team, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the successful completion of construction and design projects.


Requirements


We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and communication skills.


Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction and design.


Proficiency in Spanish and English, oral and written, is also required.
