Estimating Manager

Aireko's Cost Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects and services. This role involves working closely with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather information, analyze data, and develop accurate estimates.

• Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects and services, considering factors like time, cost, materials, and labor requirements.
• Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, expectations, and requirements, ensuring that estimates meet their specifications.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, including historical cost data, blueprints, and other documentation, to develop accurate estimates.
• Cost Management: Manage costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing strategies to minimize expenses.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other team members, to share information, address concerns, and ensure smooth project execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in cost estimating (construction project environment preferred).
• Good IT systems knowledge and skills including advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in the use of spreadsheets, estimating pricing models, and cost management tools.
