**Job Summary:**

Cementerio Privado De Mayaguez is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Funeral Grounds Crew Leader to supervise our grounds staff.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Organize and coordinate daily work schedules and tasks.
  • Recruit and manage performance of grounds staff.
  • Train and supervise grounds crew.
  • Maintain existing memorials and crypts.

**Requirements:**

  • Four-year high school diploma.
  • Experience in maintenance areas green preferred.
  • Experience in operating heavy equipment.
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours.
  • Valid driver's license in Puerto Rico.
