Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Stewardship and Donor Relations Program by developing and implementing stewardship strategies to enhance donor relations and recognition.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop relationships, gather feedback, and implement process-improvements to ensure high-quality stewardship execution.
  • Evaluate and implement donor recognition policies and processes to assist gift officers with donor management, cultivation, and engagement.
  • Proactively employ best practices to produce highly accurate, high-quality work products and continue the improvement of integrated stewardship and donor relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree (Required)
  • 6 years progressive experience (Required)
  • Outstanding verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with donors, colleagues, institutional leadership, faculty, and staff.
  • A high level of initiative, compassion, creativity, and enthusiasm coupled with an ability to earn the confidence of a wide range of internal and external constituents.
  • Proficiency with donor database software and project management is desired, with a focus on recognition and reporting preferred.

Organizational Accountabilities:

  • Deliver Set and clearly communicate team goals and priorities in alignment with departmental goals and budgets.
  • Develop the budget and assign resources to meet the team goals.
  • Provide the resources and guidance required for employees to perform effectively.
  • Develop procedures to ensure high safety and quality, and course-correct as needed.
  • Identify customers\u2019 needs and ensure service excellence in meeting those needs.
