Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst 2 to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing clients with resolutions and support in coordination with the Customer Service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between internal partners and external clients, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with departmental standards when responding to customer inquiries
  • Conduct thorough analyses to address client needs and develop effective solutions
  • Communicate resolutions to clients and ensure their satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio through regular communication and face-to-face interaction

Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
