We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst 2 to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing clients with resolutions and support in coordination with the Customer Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between internal partners and external clients, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with departmental standards when responding to customer inquiries
- Conduct thorough analyses to address client needs and develop effective solutions
- Communicate resolutions to clients and ensure their satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio through regular communication and face-to-face interaction
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
