Mortgage Loan Originator

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be based in Cincinnati or Columbus and will be responsible for recommending loan solutions, managing customer relationships, and seeking prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend loan solutions in accordance with lending guidelines and clients' requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships.
• Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
• Responsible for sales calls.
• Develop and prepare loan solutions and refer products and services; review documentation to ensure compliance.
• Manage customer pipeline for efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete mortgage transactions.
• Collect and analyze customer financial information for multifaceted and/or complex borrowers.

Qualifications:

• Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
• Preferred skills include Banking Products, Client Prospecting, Customer Needs, Customer Relationships, Customer Solutions, Documentations, Innovation, Lending, Mortgages, and Sales.
• Competencies include Customer Experience Management, Effective Communications, Financial Analysis, Loan Origination, Matrix Management, Mortgage Products, Sales Tasks And Activities, Scheduling Work and Activities, and Selling.
• Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree with no degree.
• Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
