About the Role: We are seeking an exceptional Sr. CAD Designer to join our team at CBRE. This role is part of our Design function, responsible for preparing and producing complex electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare complex electronic working plans, maps, and drawings for large-scale projects
• Review updated various drawings for changes using computer-aided drafting techniques
• Gather data to complete unique drawings by visiting the site directly and conducting surveys of space
• Verify that the development of maps and drawings is spatially accurate and technically correct
• Act as a subject matter expert to acquire details of projects, including equipment, materials, and codes
• Review on-site information entered into the database to ensure current building conditions and data are accurate

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of experience, or a combination of experience and education
• Ability to analyze solutions using experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mentality
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide direction, support, and motivation to team members

What We Offer:
• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 annually
