Job Summary: Cis International Llc is seeking a highly skilled Principal Validation Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing validation engineering policies and procedures that affect multiple organizational units.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will apply advanced and diverse validation engineering principles to the design and implementation of major system or process modifications and/or capital projects. You will also supervise, coordinate, and review the work of a small staff of engineers and/or technicians on an ongoing basis as well as on a project basis.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have a Doctorate degree or Master's degree with 3 years of directly related experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of directly related experience, or an Associate's degree with 10 years of directly related experience, or a High school diploma/GED with 12 years of directly related experience. Previous experiences in regulated environments (Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, etc.) are preferred, especially in Process Validation.
