Housekeeper - Prentis Apartments

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Prentis Apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility, including common areas, laundry rooms, restrooms, and vacant apartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairs, and office spaces
- Set up rooms for functions, activities, and meetings, and take down afterwards
- Assist maintenance staff with snow removal, grounds maintenance, and tickets as needed
- Clean vacant apartments and guest suites
- Remove trash and maintain a clean and organized environment
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Working knowledge of commercial and residential maintenance
- Great customer service skills
