We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of QuickBooks Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions, performing bank reconciliations, and processing payroll within our organization.
You will also be tasked with communicating with clients to obtain necessary tax and accounting-related documents and preparing and submitting various returns and declarations. If you possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
- Responsibilities:
- Record financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Perform bank reconciliations in QuickBooks
- Communicate with clients to obtain tax and accounting-related documents
- Process payroll
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly sales tax and payroll-related returns and declarations
- Enter tax return data
