Our team, within the Lead to Revenue (L2R) practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help organisations in their digital ambition and help them move from perpetual resource-intensive business models to subscription-based models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the identification and addressing of client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle, including sales, sales operations, ordering, billing, fulfillment, payments, collections, revenue management, and accounting close processes.
  • Develop and implement revenue recognition strategies under ASC 606.
  • Work with Oracle CX: Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, Commerce Cloud, Service (B2B, B2C, Field Service) Cloud, CPQ Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing Admin, Integration Services, Revenue Management, and Billing.
  • Analyse detailed Lead-to-Revenue processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience managing the identification and addressing of client needs within the Lead-to-Revenue cycle.
  • Strong understanding of multiple business models, including transactional, recurring, consumption-based, subscription, and project-based monetization models.
  • Experience with Oracle CX: Sales Cloud, Incentive Compensation, Commerce Cloud, Service (B2B, B2C, Field Service) Cloud, CPQ Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Subscription Management, Order Management, Pricing Admin, Integration Services, Revenue Management, and Billing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $100,000 - $232,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
