Role Summary
We are seeking an Experienced Drafter to lead the creation of technical drawings and plans, providing guidance and mentorship to junior drafters, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of all drafting work.

Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Drawing Creation: Lead the creation of detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide input on design concepts, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
3. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and verifications of drawings, dimensions, and technical details to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
4. Documentation Management: Organize and maintain drawing files, documentation, and records, ensuring proper version control and easy access for team members throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, conflicts, or discrepancies in drawings and plans, working collaboratively with team members to develop effective solutions.
6. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in CAD software, drafting techniques, and industry trends, and proactively seek opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and quality standards.
7. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to convey technical information, address concerns, and ensure clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.

Requirements
1. Education: Degree in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a drafter in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry, with a demonstrated track record of success in leading drafting projects.
3. CAD Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD software with the ability to create complex technical drawings and models.
4. Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of drafting principles, engineering concepts, construction techniques, and relevant codes and regulations.
5. Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
7. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
