At Bonduelle Fresh Americas, we are seeking a skilled Label Operator to join our production team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.

• Operate and maintain label applicator equipment to ensure accurate and efficient label application.
• Own the quality of the label application process, ensuring compliance with production specifications.
• Collaborate with production team leads to drive production to the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Perform daily pre-flight inspections and conduct changeovers to ensure smooth production operations.
• Verify correct labels are being applied to product/case and confirm correct labels are being applied to product/case.
• Perform equipment adjustments and center lining to maintain optimal equipment conditions.
• Participate in autonomous maintenance activities, including performing preventive maintenance on label applicator, case applicator, case formers, and tape machine.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Basic math comprehension.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Ability to understand plant KPIs (production, quality, and safety).

This role requires working in a cold environment, using ladders and catwalks to reach production equipment, and being exposed to extreme cold for extended periods. The associate will also be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risk of electrical shock.
