About the Role:

The Research Speech-Language Pathologist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to collect and analyze data related to speech, voice, and swallowing. This role requires a deep understanding of the anatomy, physiology, and function of the aerodigestive tract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate speech, voice, and swallowing in patients across various domains and patient populations.
• Collect and analyze validated tests related to speech, voice, and swallowing.
• Collaborate with Otolaryngologists, researchers, pulmonologists, and other research and clinical personnel to achieve research goals.

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Ohio Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a medical setting, preferably with advanced competency in Modified Barium Swallow Studies, Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing, and therapeutic delivery.
