About the Role

As a Torrid Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience through genuine interactions and sales, promotion, and product knowledge.
• Perform register functions while driving add-on sales.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ensure all visual standards are met and the sales floor is covered.
• Assist in organizing the stockroom and maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment.

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Be fashion-focused and stay on top of current trends.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk around during scheduled hours.
• Able to pack and unpack shipments, arrange and move store fixtures, and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Able to reach for merchandise using ladders, step stools, merchandise retrieving poles, shoe poles, etc.
