Job Summary

The Asset Protection Recovery Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our inventory by recovering and processing merchandise returns. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recover merchandise returns from sales floor and inspect items to determine whether they should be returned to vendors or processed in-store.
  • Review and complete minor cosmetic repairs on non-defective store stock items.
  • Determine correct return locations and prepare merchandise for shipping.
  • Prepare and maintain all documentation for returns.
  • Review merchandise return notifications to ensure deadlines are met and inventory counts are updated.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
