Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to join our team at Human Advisors, Llc. This individual will be responsible for coordinating programs and ensuring their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule work activities, considering priority and personnel skill levels.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members, setting performance expectations and tracking progress.
- Develop training programs to enhance team member capabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to address conflicts or resource needs.
- Inspect work areas, review equipment, and provide employee safety training.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to measure program impact using various evaluation methods.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
