Job Summary

The Employee Benefits Practice Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to customers, coordinating insurance coverage, and providing quotes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Quote Management: Request renewals from insurance carriers, secure proposals, and prepare benefits comparisons.
  2. Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation process upon request, respond to customer inquiries, and follow up on documentation.
  3. Communication and Documentation: Prepare presentations, review reports with customers, and document processes in the agency management system.
  4. Team Collaboration: Coordinate employee orientations, enrollment meetings, and other events to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Aptitude for accuracy, attention to detail, and effective time management.
