We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the store and maintain a safe and clean environment.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to set goals and objectives for the team
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve performance
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment
