Key Responsibilities:
- Warm and Welcoming: Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and attentiveness, ensuring a comfortable and memorable arrival.
- Expert Seating: Utilize our computerized reservation and table management system to ensure efficient table turnover while prioritizing guest comfort and preferences.
- Impeccable Communication: Possess exceptional communication skills, both in-person and on the phone, to answer inquiries, manage waitlists, and convey information clearly and concisely.
- Guest Experience: Understand and anticipate guest needs, providing personalized attention and exceeding expectations to create a memorable dining experience.
- Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining environment for all guests.
- Professionalism: Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Knowledge of Upscale Dining: Possess a strong understanding of upscale dining etiquette and service standards.
