Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team at Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve PR. As a Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our swimming pools, ensuring a pleasant experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the pools and surrounding areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including cleaning, testing, and balancing the water chemistry.
  • Operate and maintain pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters.
  • Conduct regular water quality tests and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Assist with pool repairs and maintenance, including fixing leaks and replacing equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the pool operations team to ensure seamless pool operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the pool operations manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pool maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of pool equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
