Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Part-Time MRI Technologist to join our team at Radiology Imaging Associates. As a key member of our imaging center, you will be responsible for performing MRI exams, providing exceptional patient care, and contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities- Independently perform MRI exams, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety
- Provide clear and detailed information to patients regarding procedures and care
- Complete accurate documentation and obtain interpretation for each exam
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to minimize exposure to patients and staff
- Manage patient priority and respond to emergencies as needed
- ARRT certification required, MR board registry preferred
- CPR certification required
- 1-2 years of experience in magnetic resonance imaging preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exemplary patient care and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
