Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder - Second Shift to join our team at Balemaster. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing diversified jobs relating to the welding of various parts, assemblies, balers, and other equipment involved in the production of our product line.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate welding machines to fabricate parts and assemblies
  • Mig weld in horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions to ensure high-quality welds
  • Read blueprint drawings and parts lists to determine proper machine fabrication
  • Safely utilize all tools and equipment to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding safety and quality issues

Physical Requirements

This is a heavy industrial environment that requires physical activity and the use of personal protective equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Sit, stoop, bend, and reach above shoulders
  • Lift 50 pounds

Pay Rate and Schedule

The pay rate for this position is based on experience and skill level, and we offer a full-time schedule with Monday to Friday hours.
