Pacs Inc is seeking a skilled Wound Care Nurse to join our team. As a Wound Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents with wounds and pressure sores. Your expertise will be essential in promoting healing, preventing complications, and ensuring the dignity and self-respect of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide resident care, including administering medications and treatments, and performing wound assessments and care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote healing and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in facility surveys and inspections as requested.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment.
- Experience in wound care and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
