Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Work Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing intensive follow-up services to members who require additional support to comply with medical treatment plans.

This role requires a strong understanding of clinical social work principles and the ability to develop and implement effective care coordination plans.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work, a current unrestricted license to practice, and at least 2 years of experience in a clinical, behavioral, or managed care field.
