We are seeking a Roofing Inspector to join our team in Puerto Rico. This role involves conducting thorough inspections of roofing systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of roofing systems to assess conditions, identify defects, and determine necessary repairs or replacements.
• Inspect roof installations to ensure compliance with building codes, manufacturer guidelines, and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, including photographs, sketches, and written documentation of findings.
• Provide recommendations for repairs, maintenance, or replacement based on inspection results.
• Verify that roofing materials and installation techniques meet quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in roofing inspection, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in roofing, construction, or inspection roles.
• Familiarity with various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
