Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Description: As a Senior EH&S Program Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with EH&S federal, state, and local regulations. This includes evaluating existing and new regulations, developing new programs, and implementing changes as necessary.
You will interface with EH&S regulatory agencies, prepare for and conduct inspections, and prepare reports and responses to inquiries. Additionally, you will design, develop, and implement EH&S programs, maintain and continuously improve them, and assess EH&S practices to manage long-term liability.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of experience within the regulated industry or Associate Degree with six (6) years of experience
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Experience in Chemical Management including storage, segregation, and compatibility
- Knowledge of Maximum Allowable Quantities (MAQs), Fire Codes (e.g., NFPA 400), and chemical inventory
