We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to join our IT Department at Insight Global. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the product management teams, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce across multiple areas of the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of 4-6 Business Analyst direct reports
- Implementation of Salesforce across multiple areas of the enterprise
- Management of existing workflows in supply chain and implementation of new workflows and integrations in legacy tools
- Proven experience of more than one Salesforce implementation
- Existing Salesforce certification
- Experience in product management, managing complicated stakeholders, and managing teams
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience managing direct reports in IT product management and/or platform management
- Demonstrated experience in Salesforce implementations across an enterprise-level organization
- Vast understanding of unique users on each platform and the process of building and solving problems for specific outcomes
- Experience with complicated workflows in the supply chain space and integrations in legacy tools
- Ability to work with unique stakeholders across the enterprise to negotiate and communicate business objectives and outcomes
Compensation and Benefits:
$170,000-$180,000/year, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
