We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Accountant to join our team at GPAC. As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for providing expert tax services to our clients, including monthly accounting and write-ups, sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, year-end closings with adjustments, corporate and partnership tax preparation, and individual tax preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems
