The Caribbean Work Incentives Planning and Assistance Project (CWIPA) is an initiative sponsored by the Social Security Administration through the Ticket to Work and Work Incentive Investment Act of 1999. The project aims to provide benefits planning, assistance, and outreach services to beneficiaries with disabilities residing in Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix.

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Work Incentives Coordinator to implement and evaluate all aspects of CWIPA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent interpersonal relationships that facilitate teamwork, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and demonstrating a proven commitment and sensibility towards people with disabilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related area
• Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in English and Spanish
• Previous experience working with people with disabilities
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to travel across Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra
• Willingness to travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix)
• Ability to complete and approve the SSA required training to obtain the CWIC certification
