Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist - Brooklyn

A leading healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a licensed OB/GYN to join their team at their Brooklyn facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women during prenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods, as well as treating diseases of the female reproductive system.

About the Opportunity

This is a daytime position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, with one Saturday per month. The working hours are 8am to 6pm, with one late night shift per week.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, record, and maintain accurate patient information, including medical histories, reports, and examination results.
  • Review patient histories and perform physical examinations.
  • Care for and treat women during prenatal, natal, and postnatal periods.
  • Treat diseases of the female reproductive system.
  • Advise patients and community members on diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Perform cesarean sections or other surgical procedures as needed to preserve patients' health and deliver babies safely.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • M.D. / D.O. degree.
  • Board Eligible / Certified.
  • DEA/BLS/ACLS certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Interest in Population Health.
  • Laparoscopically trained.
