Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
• Maintain accurate records of money and negotiable instruments
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and corporate guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer services, sales, cash handling or related experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds bags of coins
