Senior QA Engineer Position

About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team at Qrc Group Llc. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of quality procedures and protocols
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Investigate and resolve quality issues and discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures and protocols
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Quality and/or Compliance, preferably in the medical device industry
• Knowledge of applicable US and non-US regulations
• Knowledge and proficiency in Quality Engineering principles and applications
• Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish - both oral and written)
