Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Specialist (Post Closer) to join our team in The Woodlands, TX. This is a fully in-office role that requires strong administrative and operational support skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and operational support in post-closing, boarding, shipping, and other loan areas.
- Assemble loan documents for transmittal and verify their accuracy.
- Board loans to servicers, ship to investors, and track final documents.
- Ensure the accurate, efficient, and timely flow of information and documentation.
- Follow up with loan originators, title companies, or others to resolve questions, correct information, or other issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent and some previous banking or loan process experience.
- Basic knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, and loan systems.
- Good organizational and customer service skills.
- Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of PCs and various word processing, spreadsheet, or related software.
