**Job Description**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with experience in promoting educational programs and services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Promote Caribbean University's academic programs and services through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, agencies, and institutions to provide information about our programs and services.
- Identify and participate in events that offer opportunities to recruit prospective students.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students and assist them in the application process.
- Develop and maintain records of potential candidates for Caribbean University.
- Participate in promotional and recruitment activities, exhibitions, and school conferences.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by supervisors or administrators.
- Meet productivity agreements and performance levels set for the Marketing Officer position.
- Manage and distribute promotional materials responsibly.
- Conduct follow-up calls and implement required marketing and recruitment strategies.
- Create work plans and activity reports on a weekly, monthly, semester, or annual basis as required.
- Participate in professional development activities as needed.
- Meet quotas for prospective students, admission applications, and new student enrollment.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- An Associate degree or equivalent with experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in technology and digital marketing tools.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends.
- A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
- The willingness to travel to various activities outside the institution and to different Caribbean University campuses.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse groups.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with higher education admissions processes and trends.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning about new programs and educational opportunities.
