About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone and written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims
  • Analyze problems and provide information/solutions
  • Operate a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; document information, activities, and changes in the database
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background
  • Fluent in Spanish preferred
  • Previous health insurance experience preferred
