A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing process improvement initiatives using the Medtronic Performance System (MPS).
- Creating and maintaining a cost-saving pipeline to drive cost competitiveness.
- Defining improvement projects aligned with business strategies.
- Analyzing improvement programs and potential results.
- Accountable for financial analysis and planning.
- Demonstrating lean, six sigma, team building, effective communication, and project management skills.
- Facilitating and coaching improvement teams.
- Establishing and maintaining performance metrics to measure program success.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years of managerial experience. A Certified Master Black Belt or Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
