About CNC Machinist Role at Global Channel Management
At Global Channel Management, we are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic CNC machines and manual machines as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating CNC programs with CAM software
- Performing general mold repair work, machining, grinding, and other related tasks
- Maintaining daily records of work performed for management
- Ensuring that shop tools, machines, and working areas are maintained and cleaned
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CNC Programming and Machining, with a strong background in injection mold fabrication. Experience with DMG Mori Seki and Mitsubishi EDM is a plus.
Requirements:
- Technical Trade School degree
- 2nd Mon-Fri (1P - 9P) work schedule
- Experience with Pro E and/or Solidworks
- Experience with Geometrical, Dimensioning & Tolerancing
- Experience with 3D Modeling
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Experience with injection mold maintenance and repairs
