About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to join our team at American Eagle Outfitters. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, representing our values and products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has an amazing shopping experience.
  • Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with customers, build brand loyalty, and drive sales.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, making recommendations to customers and educating them on product details.
  • Introduce customers to our loyalty program and other brand channels.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
