Job Description

">We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
  • Assessing resident needs and developing individualized care plans.
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">To be successful in this role, you must have:A current RN license.Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
