Job Summary
As a Community Connector, you will play a vital role in supporting the activation of key Sheraton public space features and programming. This includes providing guests with access to workspaces, verifying their technical support needs, ensuring access to food and beverage, and coordinating with other departments and functions to deliver seamless services. You will also respond to guests' requests for professional services by leveraging the property's Community Management databases or identifying suitable providers. Additionally, you will support the staffing of events or programming planned in the public space by the Community Management Team. This role requires a community mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment to deliver personalized service to guests and facilitate their work goals while staying with us.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide guests with access to workspaces and technical support
- Ensure access to food and beverage services
- Coordinate with other departments and functions to deliver seamless services
- Respond to guests' requests for professional services
- Support the staffing of events or programming planned in the public space
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with guests and colleagues
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 1 year of related work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
