Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assessing their needs and preferences.
• Help customers select jewelry based on their budget and requirements.
• Provide in-depth knowledge of product features, materials, and care instructions.
• Buidl and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends in the jewelry industry.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless store operations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish.

Requirements
